Reclaiming My Power One Choice at a Time
Navigating life, hormones, and healing – one day at a time
For most of my life, I thought balance meant juggling everything perfectly—kids, work, relationships, health—without letting anything fall. But now, I know better.

Balance isn’t about perfection.
It’s about alignment—with my purpose, my intentions, and the version of myself I’m working toward. It’s about not letting my emotions steer the wheel every time life gets hard. It’s about showing up, even when I feel like shutting down. And most importantly, it’s about believing I am worth it.
Because I am.
And if you’re here reading this, so are you.
What Balance Means to Me
Balance means:
- Not chasing external approval, but living from a place of inner peace
- Not reacting emotionally to everything, but learning how to respond with intention
- Not trying to control everything, but trusting the process and flowing with faith
- Aligning with my purpose instead of my past
- Making decisions that honor my future self, not my fears
Balance is no longer about getting everything right. It’s about getting back to me.
How I Started Creating Balance in My Life
This didn’t happen overnight. But here’s how I started making small, powerful changes that added up over time:
🎧 I Started Listening to Voices That Empowered Me
Mel Robbins‘ podcast became a regular part of my mornings. Her no-BS approach woke me up to the truth: I’m the only one responsible for my peace, my healing, and my growth.
🧠 I Began Raising My Awareness
I started noticing my patterns—how I reacted when I felt triggered or overwhelmed. Instead of spiraling, I began to pause, breathe, and ask: “Is this how I want to respond?”
That pause changed everything.
🖼️ I Created a Digital Vision Board
I made a visual space that reminded me daily of the life I’m building: calm mornings, healthy relationships, financial freedom, joy, peace. It’s not just pretty pictures—it’s a map back to myself.
💬 I Reprogrammed My Self-Talk
Each morning and night, I began speaking to myself like someone I love. Affirmations like:
- “I am worthy of peace.”
- “I release what no longer serves me.”
- “I am safe to let go and grow.”
These words rewired the belief that I wasn’t enough. Because I am. And so are you.
Balance Isn’t a Destination—It’s a Practice
There are still days when I lose it. Days when I overthink, get triggered, or feel unworthy. But now, I know how to find my way back.
Back to stillness.
Back to purpose.
Back to balance.
A Question for You
What does balance mean to you right now?
If you’re feeling out of alignment, I want you to know this: you don’t have to do it all to find balance. You just need to do what’s true for you—and do it with love.
Let’s keep walking this journey together.
